Eco Reserve

Ten acres of pristine wilderness.

The forest is the root of all life; it is the womb that revives our biological instincts, that deepens our intelligence and increases our sensitivity as human beings.

  • 850 acres of trails.

In addition to the private trails winding through Forestlab, we have deeded access to 850 acres of adjacent trails and fireroads throughout the valley and along its ridgelines.

  • 22 species we've never seen in California

From giant salamanders to ruby crowned kinglets to indigenous orchids, the land is home to an astonishing array of flora and fauna. We know the Northern California ecology deeply, and we've encountered twenty-two species we've never seen in California so far.

  • Seasonal watercourses

We are positioned at the intersection of several seasonal watercourses that feed the largest drainage of the Valley. For a good part of the year we have water flowing on three sides.
